The Throne Of Grace / Ministry
Help Us
Could you give up hope in something
God has created ?
We continue to need your help in providing quality care. Together,
we can give the people within the retirement homes and elder care
homes hope for a better future. We encourage support from our Churches,
Gospel Groups, individuals, businesses, civic organizations, and
our local community.
Too many are getting lost, some of them never coming back. Others
are not sure where the main road is or how to get through their
day's journey. But - you can help make a difference!
If you are interested in becoming a part of the Throne Of Grace
Ministry by helping the retirement homes and elder care homes, you
can do so in one of the following ways:
Items that they could use for
activity prizes (Doloar Tree is a great place to go)
Coloring Books, Stuff animals,
Socks, Plastic Photo Frames
Travel bar of soap or other toiletries , A
liquid preparation for bathing the skin
Perfume, Boby Spray, Spray Deodorant, Shampoo, Lotion, Cute Containers,

The Throne Of Grace wants you to get involved with those
that maybe less fortunate.
Sometimes we forget the people who are in the retirement homes and
their needs. Most of them have no money and no way to get the things
that we use everyday.
We have no problem helping those
that are in need around Thanksgiving and Christmas but we forget
them the rest of the year. We are asking you to help the elder by
giving from your heart.
We need YOU, no matter how small or large your donation!
Proverbs 3:27 King James Version (KJV)
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the
power of thine
hand to do it.

THANKS YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!!!!!
Here is a something that I found on The
Gospel Hiway web site and thought I share it with you also.
When you see someone holding a sign on a street corner
do you automatically want to question their integrity towards their
situation? Or do you really feel convicted to help them but, you
think if I gave them money they probably would use it for something
besides food. There's a way to help without having that feeling
of guilt. God says to help when help is needed and not to judge
others especially when we really don't know their circumstances.
Proverbs 3:27 tells us to "do good to those who need it".
Be a silent witness for Christ.
Put some non perishable food items in a lunch sack like...
Peanut butter & crackers Cups of mixed fruit (don't forget the plastic
spoon) Vienna sausage Bottled water etc. Put the things you think
others would want, and be creative. You might want to put a travel
bar of soap or other toiletries in as well. Once you have the lunch
sacks ready, present one to a person that is on a street corner
or some where you may encounter them each day. This may be while
driving to and from work. This way you know that you did your part
in helping that person out that may have gone without other wise.
